Property Owner Communication – Each speaker Limited to 3 minutes. Sign-up in
advance.
Resolutions and Voting on Agenda Items – As Needed
Present the results for the election of board members for 2023 Board of Directors
and certify results of the board election.

NEW BUSINESS:
Seat the new members for the 2023 BOD.
All board members sign POATRI code of conduct
Conduct new member POATRI Orientation.
Adjournment
